Return and Exchange Policy

We have a return/exchange policy of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with any product you receive, provided it:

  • The product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.
  • Hasn't been washed or altered.
  • Goods & items purchased on sale or other promotions are not eligible for returns & exchange unless you have received damaged goods.
  • In case you don't like any product, you can get it exchanged. Customer will bear both side courier charges for exchange.
  • DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED!! Please email us a return request on with the subject line "Return/Exchange Request."


  • Within Pakistan for Unstitched: Within 3 to 7 Business Days
  • Within Pakistan for Stitched: Within 10 to 20 Business Days
  • Outside Pakistan: Within 20 Business Days

Shipping Charges

  • Within Pakistan: Free on Order of Rs. 2500/- or Above
  • Delivery Charges applicable on Sale Products
  • Outside Pakistan: Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the size of package and destination. Minimum Charges Rs. 3,500/-

Custom & Duties

  • Your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. Saara's Fashion is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.


  • All stitched orders are made to order. The making of the product begins the next business day from when the Payment is received.
  • We endeavour to dispatch the order as soon as possible and are always trying to reduce the delivery times.
  • For Cash on Delivery (or COD) orders payment will be collected from shipping address.
  • Cash on Delivery is not available on Customized and International Orders
  • Customer must send Payment First via bank, western union, easy paisa for Customized or International Orders


  • We have a ‘No Refund’ policy.
